BEArchive is an adult-oriented community website focused on user-submitted transformation, morphing, fantasy, and related visual content.

Review Timeline

All complaints submitted under this policy will be reviewed and resolved within five business days.

Review Process

Once a complaint is received, BEArchive will review the reported content, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting information provided. During the review process, BEArchive may temporarily restrict or disable access to the reported content when appropriate.

Possible Outcomes

After reviewing a complaint, BEArchive may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove the reported content permanently
• Temporarily disable or restrict access to the reported content
• Request additional information or documentation
• Modify, update, or reclassify the content
• Reject the complaint if the content does not violate our standards, policies, or applicable law
• Take action against the account, uploader, submitter, or party responsible for the content, where applicable
• Refer the matter to appropriate legal, hosting, payment, or enforcement channels when required

BEArchive reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content at its discretion when we believe such action is necessary to comply with our policies, legal obligations, payment processor requirements, or platform standards.

Content Removal Appeal

The appeal should include the original complaint or content URL, the reason for the appeal, any additional information or evidence that should be considered, and contact information for follow-up.

Appeals will be reviewed separately from the original decision whenever possible. BEArchive will review the appeal and may uphold, reverse, or modify the original decision.

False or Abusive Reports

BEArchive takes complaints seriously. However, knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or repeated bad-faith reports may result in limitations on future submissions or other appropriate action.
