I received the next DVD in the mail from Osaka, Japan, courtesy of my friend Zatoichi. Arigato! The featured star is buxom Hina Kawai, and this is another in the I-One Series from Line Communications. Hina has a superb body. She's easily as busty as Yoko Matsugane and Ourei Harada, fitting almost perfectly between the two on the size scale. And equally fitting is the fact that while Ms Matsugane looks decidedly and absolutely to be a naturally busty lady, and Ms Harada looks to be certainly surgically enhanced — Hina Kawai looks like she fits right between these two in this regard. In short, I'm not sure if we should describe her as merely hugely busted or enhanced. |
The DVD opens with a monumental montage in which shot after shot, and sequence after sequence is included for one purpose — to capture your interest while showing off Ms Kawai's sensational cleavage. The following first scene has Hina running around and crawling around on the beach.
| It was a beautiful day, so they should have shot earlier or later instead of mid-day. There was too much sun and it was directly overhead. Everything is overly bright. There are moments in this scene where you cannot see the sand, the sea, or even the sky as everything is washed out by the brilliant sun light.
Mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the mid day sun. So, it seems, do idol directors. After that, it's a relief to get indoors to a pleasantly air-conditioned bedroom, where Hina shows off her well-developed earlobes. Scene Two has busty Hina playing around in her hotel room wearing just a bra and brief panties. She wraps herself in the window drape. She bounces around on the bed having a fight with the pillow, then she stands up on the bed and walks directly toward the camera, before leaning in for a close up. |

For a good part of this scene she is playful. At last, she switches gears and begins to act alluring; and we are then treated to some stunning and exciting views of her breasts, in a series of thrilling close-ups. This is the type of scene that I always go for — bedroom, lingerie, and big boobs.
Towards the end of the last scene, Hina shows us that she's got a few extra pounds, on her arms, earlobes, lips, stomach, and upper legs. The she presses her fingers into her large tits as if to say, yes these are very big as well. We know babe; that's why we love you....
Hina next appears on the lawns just off the beach (I guess) under a tree. Again it must be mid-day as we see the shadows created by the tree. To admit more light for the under the tree scene, the director opens the lens up, so again we lose the sea, sky, and sand. Hina is wearing a white shirt over a soft pink with yellow trim bikini. I hope the producers of idol DVDs read this. Don't shoot at mid-day. Make the sun your friend instead of your foe. Don't lose the details of the setting by shooting under maximum sunlight.
Do you like shower scenes? You have that next. Hina wears a very tiny yellow bikini which shows off her tits big-time. There's a series of slow camera tracking shots over her body.

She's wet, she's barely covered, she busty, and the cool jazzy soundtrack is very effective in helping to raise your temperature as you watch her. This is a great scene and is especially delightful because she's asked to show off her body and she delivers. Note the reviewer's technical advice to directors above. Sadly, since they're not shooting on film, they can't shoot in the shadows and hold the detail in the highlights. Even sadlier, they just say, "Oh, sod it!" We next find Hina out on the resort lawn in cut off — jeans and a cut-off top, unbuttoned as well. So, we get the triple thrill. She lets the camera zoom in for more than a few shots looking down into her cleavage. Or we can look up from below and see the bottom of her boobs. Or we just see their size and shape as she is sans bra, and it is a clingy fabric. This scene reminds most of Miri Hanai. |

Want to go the sea? Hina in a brief blue bikini and a dreamy solo acoustic guitar sound track are the next thing we enjoy. This is followed by Hina in a chair in a courtyard with just panties and a deeply cut sweater. You'll see a lot of breast in this scene. Of course you never see the entire breast. After all, we're talking Idol here, not Adult Video AV.
Hina appears next in an old ferry shipyard. You can see the discarded drums of Shell oil. They give her a pair of wooden sticks, and she goes to town as a pseudo-drummer. This was delightful and charming. Not the least bit sexy but still fun.
Our idol shows up at poolside in a very revealing suit next. This is the kind of bathing suit where any kind of motion at any kind of speed greater than a tortoise's might produce a major fall-out.
So having in a suit like this reduces what she can do on screen. Add in the midday sun, and the net result is a wasted scene — over bright and too slow. Clearly this chapter is a big mistake and a definite no-no for all you budding directors out there. In their constant quest for something different, Idol directors run the risk of getting things wrong. Here, we have a director saying, "Never mind if you can't see the pictures: trust me, I am so being creative." She looks great in a slinky satin slip which is in a winning scene called Elevator. In the scene following, they deck her out in a green micro-mini dress which is cut down to her waist. Again she runs the risk of falling out of her dress. And guess what? They shot this scene in the hotel's underground parking garage. |

In my view this was the second major scene in which less clothing revealed more skin and the scene resulted in a less than thrilling exercise. Decidedly, this is flawed judgment. No wonder they called this scene Dangerous.
Next is a scene on a beach. Hina wears a plain vanilla white bikini. No pun intended — it's just an ordinary bikini. The scene is late afternoon, so we don't have to deal with washed-out-ness, to coin a term. No, the problem with the scene is that it is simply boring despite the amazing tits.
The last scene is set in a disco. A revealing costume, strobe lights and — surprise, surprise — Hina can really dance. Well, not really a surprise. We saw Hina dancing in a previously reviewed DVD. We come to find out that Hina Kawai and crew shot the DVD in Cebu, in the Philippines. However, there's no indication of this until we see Hina signing a tee-shirt with a Cebu logo.

The final tally: Hina is a busty model. She has a world class bosom and the DVD goes to great lengths to provide many, many opportunities for the viewer to gaze at these awesome breasts.
Unfortunately the DVD provides little else. The music, light management, editing, camera placements, and overall direction leave a lot to be desired as we can say it is spotty. Some scenes work and some don't. We'll call it a day at three point zero, and I'm being generous with this score, as her bosom clearly outperforms the direction. |
