The Read or Die OAV has a two notable characters for breast size: Yomiko Readman and Mrs. Deep (Especially Mrs. Deep!) Also, the TV series has three sisters as the protagonists, including a blond chinese with some hefty assets (quite noticable when she wears a certain chinese dress). Both series are quite good and has very lovely animation.
