Miss Hinako makes her appearance as a prepubesant teenage girl. Her special ability lies in a magical coin which allows her to suck the fighting energy out of her opponents. With that excess energy she is able to transform herself into a much more shapely version of herself (longer hair, even longer legs, round ass, and very ripe breasts) for a brief period of time. Although short, her transformation sequence does a good job showing how her uniform reacts to her BE. This is the only episode I've seen her make an appearance though. If I remember right, she has two transformations in that episode.
