The main draw here is Miyama Mizuha, the well stacked Archenemy of Takeo(the main pervert...I mean character). Miyama has been bullying Takeo since they were kids(though she really likes him). Now that they're older it's no different. And Takeo can't even stand up to her. One look at her boucing mile-long cleavage and he turns into a nose-bleeding, stuttering git and loses the battle. She even pins him back with just one chest trust. Over-all a funny anime with a good share of Fanservice.
