Excel Saga is the series from which Puni Puni Poemi spun off from. In the final episode 26 there is a character that appears to be a little girl. Her build is exactly what you would expect for her age. There is a scene where she appears from a hotel bathroom covered only in a towel and is greeted by a young man who is eagerly waiting for her to join him in bed. She decides that she can no longer keep her secret if she's going to be naked in front of him. She then rips the towel off and her breasts literally explode to their full size as she proudly exclaims "I'm a G-cup!!!" As her breasts jiggle to a standstill, her companion sits unable to speak while in shock. He then shrugs and leaves the room, saying he's not interested in large breasts. She wraps herself around his leg as he leaves, begging him to stay and crying "But I'm so developed!"

The overall length of her at her G-cup size is about 15 seconds and that's the last she appears in the series. Excel Saga is available in the U.S. on DVD. Episode 26 can be found on volume 6.
