It's hard to make out exactly what's happening in Demonic Appearance. It appears that a male student is living with his girlfriend at her mother's place. It isn't long before he meets another young woman, every bit as beautiful as his girlfriend, but with much larger breasts.
One day he comes home early and discovers the large breasted girl masturbating on his bed, moaning his name. He's interrupted by his girlfriend's mother before he can enter the room. He quickly and quietly closes the door to his room and speaks with the mother in the hallway. When he finally does enter his room, no one's there.
Eventually the voluptuous girl makes her move on him, placing his hand on her blouse so that he can feel the large mass underneath it. You can tell what happens from there. The episode ends with his girlfriend in the hallway watching (and masturbating) through the slightly open door to his room as the two make out.
The animation is fairly decent. While the girlfriend has an average build, her mother sports a larger set, and the young seductress easily outsizes them both. At times the breast size of each character can appear to be slightly inconsistent. There are a fair number of breast close-ups as well.
