About four and a half minutes into the second episode, a demonic lady with elf ears injects some of her blood into the nipples a chained-up nurse, who is pretty busty to begin with. Her nipples begin to expand, followed by the rest of her breasts which burst free from her uniform. Much lactation then ensues with both the nurse herself and the demonic elf sampling the milk. The BE scene itself lasts only a couple of seconds, but her size lasts for the rest of the 13-minute scene, albeit the focus shifts away from her breasts. But be warned: The whole series in general features very violent scenes that are likely to offend most viewers. Torture, rape, bloodletting, fire, urine, and more are not uncommon in each episode.
