[The camera tracks into a front yard, following a path towards a split-level home. The front door opens, and the camera tracks through the home, along a hallway, down an interior stairway, and into the living room, where we find the Boyfriend.]

The Boyfriend is sitting in the living room watching TV. He mindlessly flips through the channels, paying no attention as his Girlfriend (Minka) enters and sits down next to him. The Girlfriend stops him from channel surfing and makes him pay attention to her. She is wearing a baggy shirt and looks small-chested. She reminds him that they were talking earlier that day about her getting implants. She mentions a few things that made her think about it more, and says she has reconsidered the operation. She says that she has even scheduled an appointment for the operation later today. The couple gets up and exits for the hospital.

[Dissolve to hospital hallway]

At the hospital, the Boyfriend is seen talking to the Doctor. The Doctor says that what the Boyfriend has just told him seems different then what the Girlfriend has told him. The Doctor says that he will have to confirm this with the Girlfriend. The Boyfriend stops the Doctor and hands him a wad of cash. The Doctor seems to change his mind, and says that there is no problem.

[Dissolve to interior of the Girlfriend's hospital room]

It is apparent that some time has passed. The Girlfriend is seen in bed with the covers pulled up to her neck. She slowly awakens, seeming groggy. She looks at her Boyfriend and says that she wants to see her new self. He says, "Not now. Get some more rest."

[Dissolve to interior of the Girlfriend's hospital room, hours later]

The Girlfriend gets out of bed and walks into the bathroom. She's still a little groggy from the anesthesia, so the Boyfriend walks alongside of her. She is wearing a white T-shirt that is very tight on her. When she sees herself in the mirror over the sink, she freezes in surprise. She turns to get a side view of herself, and freaks out. She says that she only wanted to have boobs that were a little bigger, but not this big! She starts to get mad at the doctor, then looks accusingly at her Boyfriend and asks if he had anything to do with this. He nods in the affirmative. She gets mad at him and asks him to take her back to get them reduced. The Boyfriend tells her the price of the reduction. She says that the price is too high and there is nothing they can do at the moment.

[Dissolve to interior of the Girlfriend's home, a day later]

Alone, the Girlfriend is getting dressed in front of a full-length mirror in her bedroom. She tries on four bras that certainly don't fit her anymore. One of the bras breaks when she tries to fasten it. Throwing the bras aside, she tries on a black tank-top. She checks herself in the mirror, then peels the tank-top off, telling herself that it reveals too much. She tries on two other shirts that are far too small for her. Then she tries on a button-up long-sleeved blouse. It seems to fit at first, but the buttons are straining. She takes a breath and a few of the buttons pop off the shirt. FInally, she walks out of the bedroom wearing an extremely tight shirt, telling herself angrily that it is the only one that fits for the moment.

[Camera follows the Girlfriend into the living room]

She tells herself that she won't let it get to her, and tries to go about her normal day. She starts to clean the living room, but every time she tries to do something, her chest either gets in the way or knocks something over. She gets annoyed at this, but keeps working. She sprays window cleaner on one of the windows. As she wipes the cleaner off the window, she doesn't realize that her breasts are rubbing against the glass. After she's done, she turns away from the window, looks down, and discovers that the front of her shirt is now soaked with window cleaner (making it somewhat see-through). This irritates her, but she tells herself that maybe a workout will calm her down.

She exits to the bedroom, and returns wearing a pair of shorts and an overly-stretched sports bra. She starts the workout with some stretching, and seems to have no problem with that. After that, she briefly tries three exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks), but stops soon, telling herself that they're too difficult for her. She muses that maybe she can relax in her pool.

[Camera follows the Girlfriend into the bedroom]

She tries on a one-piece bathing suit that doesn't fit, then tries on a couple of two-piece bathing suits. She exits wearing the second two-piece suit, which barely fits.

[Camera follows the Girlfriend through the house, then outdoors to the pool]

Stepping into the pool, she swims around for a bit and it seems to relax her. As she emerges from the pool, she tells herself that she feels calmer, and that maybe her implants aren't so bad. She says that she'll sleep on it to see if she still wants to get rid of them.

[Dissolve to the Girlfriend's bedroom, later that night]

The Boyfriend is sitting on the bed waiting for the Girlfriend to come in. The Girlfriend enters, wearing a tight nightshirt and a pair of panties. As she approaches the bed, she mentions that ever since she got the implants, her nipples have been really sensitive. She tries to adjust her shirt, which seems to turn her on. She starts to get caught up in the feeling, drops to the floor, and begins to masturbate. The Boyfriend watches all of this. After she finishes, she tells him that she has completely changed her mind about the implants. She thanks him for doing it.

[Closing scene]

The Boyfriend stands up, crosses to her, and helps her out of her nightshirt. While he's pulling the shirt off over her head, he winks at the camera and says, "I knew she'd come around." Now shirtless, the Girlfriend walks toward the bed (and the camera), her huge breasts filling the frame as she gets closer to the lens, until we can see nothing else.
