the Morph Challenge awaited so long by so many -- well, by a
number of participants -- well, I was waiting for it,
anyway. I was inspired by several images (by various morphers)
posted in the Users' Gallery, to which my gut reaction was:
"Mirabile dictu!....Are those real?....Could she be real?....Wow!"
When I discovered that they were in fact morphs, I thought:
if morphers can produce pictures which are indistinguishable
from real-life pictures, they are enriching the supply of big
breasts, creating (God forgive me the blasphemy!) new life in
a way, at least within our fantasy big-breast world.
So I set out on a quest to find more of such perfectly graven
images (even attempting some myself) and would like to present
them to you in the form of a Challenge: can you look at a
picture and determine, on the basis of technique alone, whether
it is morphed or not? Simply put, "Is she or isn't she? Provoco!
I challenge (you)!"
You see below a series of 24 severely cropped pictures: some
of these are made from morphs, others from unmorphed originals
(the ratio is not necessarily 50-50). The images are lettered
from A to Z, leaving out I and O from a tradition that they
could be confused with numbers - and also because I have 24
pics. The reason for cropping these pictures to the morphed
part (for all practical purposes, given our mania, the breasts)
is to require you to decide on the basis of technique alone
(lines, coloring, shading, etc.) rather than familiarity with
the picture or the model depicted. I am not fond of close-ups
that show only the breasts, for lovely as those may be, I
prefer to see them attached to the whole woman, or at least
a good-sized part of her, and to admire her other attributes
as well. Should you feel the same way, fear not, the full
versions will be posted concurrently with the solution in
the next issue of BEhavior. But for our present purposes the
cropped images must needs be enough. Other than cropping,
or occasional image-reversal (mirror-imaging), I have not
tampered with the original morphed or unmorphed pictures,
and the cropped parts are the same size as in the originals.
I am making this into a kind of informal contest by asking
you, the viewer, to send me your opinions of these pictures:
are they morphed or not? I don't want to go into my point
system here (which, like many of my undertakings, is probably
more complicated than necessary), but basically, the image
with the most noes and the fewest yesses will be judged the
most undetectable. If you simply can't decide, just say nothing
about the pic (i.e. a "don't-know" vote, which will also affect
the score positively). I'll also give a public salute to the
viewer who gets the most correct answers. When you're ready,
just email me here,
listing the pics (alphabetically, please) and for each pic
"Yes" (she's morphed) or "No" (she isn't) -- or just leave
a blank where you draw a blank (but not for all 24, I hope).
In
any case, tune in to the next issue of BEhavior to see the
solution and the identity of the morphers. Have fun! Carpe
diem!
