The link is to the first episode where the last name is first applied to the character. If the character was given a first name in an earlier episode, that is noted in the description.
In the descriptions, if a number is not attached to a name then it probably refers to the major character with that name.
I didn't give Jim's family members last names unless they were already given in the main Index, so most of them won't appear here.
I have left out all Author names, because I'm not so sure when a name is really a last name. Maybe I was wrong to do that...
Within the same last name, people with no known first name are listed before those who have first names.
