The Concourse is the southernmost Sector of the Backstage Ring. The Service Sector lies to its east along the Ring.
According to 140743, this is the to-scale version of how the side view looks. The Upper and Basement levels extend all the way across the area, though they are indented twenty feet on the ends (and possibly on the sides). The Hotel/Bar & Grill floors are fifteen feet apart, and the Upper and Basement levels are sixty feet apart.

The short sides of each upper level are inset five feet from the next lower level. Level 2 is inset 20 feet from the Concourse's wall on all four sides. Since the Main Level is 1320' x 150', this works out to the the second level being 1280' x 110'.
The long (north/south) sides of the upper levels are also inset from each other, but by only one foot on the north/south sides. This means that each ascending level is smaller than the previous one, until we reach the sixteenth level which is 1130' x 95'.
This should mean that, since the 10th level is 1190' x 101', the Author suites on the first Author level are an average of 1,202 square feet in size (or slightly smaller; some space is needed for hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.). Suites on higher levels would be progressively smaller; the 16th level Suites would be 1,074 square feet. However, as L.E. pointed out, suites can be bigger on the inside than the outside so there's really no limit on space.
For a cross-section view of the space between levels, see the Closeups page.
The number of Upper Levels in the Service Sector were finally specified in 356978; the topmost five levels contain the Orphan Episode Asylum.
The Service Sector and the Orphan Asylum is described in 141413.

Described in detail in 159627.

Okay, this is going to require some explanation...
The area around the Emergency Command sector contains a number of locations which seem to be adjoining, but are actually some distance apart. People walking through these areas do not notice anything, and are unaware that they are suddenly yards or miles away from where they were a moment ago.
On this diagram, those areas are indicated in red. A1 (The Dreaming basement levels) is connected to A2 (The Concourse basement levels), B1 (the western end of the underground tunnel) is connected to B2 (the remainder of the tunnel), and so on. The D1-D2 and E1-E2 pairings are the locations where the Entry Rooms (reached from the underground tunnel) connect to the first floor of the Emergency Command.
The underground tunnel must extend for at least 500 yards east of the eastern Entry Room, otherwise the 500-yard alarms would go off every time someone is walking around in the Concourse. Therefore the tunnel extends at least 450 yards beneath the First Backstage. The same goes for the western end of the tunnel under the Toon Backstage.
It may be hard to see on the diagram, but the main (aboveground) tunnel connects to the second floor. The first floor is below ground level.
Described in detail in 200102. Altered a bit to show the Cutout and different balloon sizes (the black size is the most common one) according to 229713.

Described overall in 207910. Numbering and assignments added by Dabbler. Newly (11/20) revised and coloured diagram by Dabbler also, shifting the positions of some spheres so that they're more consistent with each other. Nice work, Dabbler!

Spheres: (established in 241010, 241011, 241012
Domes:
Underground Chambers:
An underground chamber for I-World was added in 255348, which connects with a corresponding area in the Fantasy Sector.
See 242374 and its parents/descendants for more explanation. I don't know whether the Sector actually has Basement levels, but I included them as a default.

See the Sector Overview for a list of known areas in this sector.
