Is this something of a replacement for your WUWC Ranma?
I'm not sure I feel much of a satirical vibe coming from this one, but I guess the potential is still there.
Just another Ranma-chan gets screwed by EVERYONE idea.
It seems as if that's the most common variety here on the Unending BE Addventure...and lately on the Anime Addventure.
And as for Ranma-KUN...well, if he ain't paired with Akane then, yes, he does seem to be set up with a 'harem' all too frequently (mosty, I believe, because the writers are simply too lazy to actually try to come up with reasonable ways for him to pair with individual girls, other than Akane, without having to totally rewrite the canon...or simply start from the beginning).
@Tuatara: It's not a replacement. I'll get back to it, it's just that life is doing its thing and my priorities are a bit jumbled. I've resisted posting anything until I got back to it until now because I honestly wanted to stick with it, but it's been so long since I added anything and my muse decided to escape from behind the writer's block to club me in the back of the head. X_X
Not so much a satirical vibe since I'm aiming for comedy in general, but there are so many ways for a character to do something to themselves, or to whoever they want as a part of their harem, that it shouldn't be too hard to satirize them.
@Nameless: That's not the intent of the idea, though people are at liberty to use it as such. What I envisioned was that Ranma could get into situations where someone is about to have sex with her, but she always manages to escape before it happens. I was going for a MacGyver sort of deal, having luck so great it's silly, or convenient interventions by an outside party. Stuff like that.
That probably won't happen, but I can still dream. I honestly don't see what's so attractive about so much of the same unbelievable/unrealistic/meaningless sex that goes on, but to each their own.

Just once I'd like to see a writer HONESTLY try for a balance between Ranma's two forms...but I've never seen one. The very few threads that APPEAR as if they may try...inevitably fall into the category of attempts to make Ranma FULLY female first, totally eradicating any traces of Ranma's male persona, before even contemplating, but not actually attempting, to build up a NEW male persona in place of the one destroyed. Essentially ending up with a female character capable, if the curse isn't locked, of assuming a male form...but being in all other respects female.
Admittedly, my interest in the subject of sex-change often inspires me to go the female route with Ranma. And while I doubt I'll ever attempt for balance when it's not just me at the reins, I do write fan-fics and some of the existing and planned stories seek some kind of balance.
I truly think that's an exaggeration about feminizing Ranma. And as I've read the considerable majority of English-language Ranma fiction at this point (be it here, FF.net, AniAdd, the Ranma Lemon Archive, or all the older stuff you need the Wayback Machine to find), I feel like I know what I'm saying. But you're right that there is a *portion* of fandom that delights in doing so. However, there's also a rather vocal portion that focuses on making Ranma the absolute alpha male.
I do agree that there are relatively few stories that actively try to balance the male and female, but, well…that's because it's harder to do. Not making excuses, just explanations. I'm actually involved with two stories (one of my own and one of a friend's) that involve Ranma fully identifying as both male and female and embracing both equally. But stories like that are admittedly pretty rare.
