Retsu's Necklace: Rukia finally arrives home

Unohana should have questioned why her body hadn't reverted to normal, instead her monkey form based on her teen form, or why, on the necklace she was wearing, the ring piercing now had a larger link attached to it like the ones on the main necklace.
But with her mind having regressed a little, it was harder for Unohana to focus and notice even more so then when she was a bimbo. Fortunatly, Rukia arrived back at that time.
"Hey guys, I'm home." Rukia said as she slipped her shoes off.
"Welcome home, Rukia." Yuzu called out as she worked on the meal. "You have a guest waiting for you. A Restu Unohana."
"Unohana?" Rukia said, a bit surprised to hear one of the captains was hear looking for her. She turned into the chicken and saw Unohana looking at her happily.
"Rukia! You're OOK! OOK! Here!" Retsu called out, remembering again why she was here in the first place, though still ignorant of her current form form.
Rukia...
- Recognizes Retsu as she was, curious and alarmed Isane let her run around with out supervision.
- Does not recognize her. Rukia had purchased something from the lady that allowed her to be unaffected by reality changes such as the necklace.
- Rukia both recognizes Retsu as she is but has two sets of memory for this and her original, having gotten something that allows her to do so from the shoplady.
- Any of the above but Rukia's little trinket had its own side effects on her.
