Hmmm. If Akane has a new fiancée now it doesn't concern her who Ranma dates, does it?
Akane is an emotional girl. She gets angry very quickly. She doesn't know everything but knows Ranma was with some strange woman and there is the possibility he was with her before she met Bell-chan. If he was, she'd be even more pissed off. If not then she might just calm down and realize this is a consequence of her wish.
Oh, and Adama, if you would please change "0.000000ee " to "percent fee" thanks.

I'm terribly sorry…I've had an episode partially written for like a week, but I keep getting distracted by other ideas. It's quite crappy of me, considering I came up with this and you've now written more of it than I have. However, I think I can still use some of what I wrote to continue from this episode. So I'll get on that as soon as possible.
You did a great job with this. Bell-chan making breakfast was quite sweet. She's already getting Akane to show some self-control. And Vladivostok! Nice choice. (But is Genma really lethargic? Isn't he usually the one waking Ranma up in the morning to spar?)
Oh, and there's a weird typo: "20 0.000000ee"…not precisely sure what it was supposed to say. (20 0.000000ee? 200000 yen fee?) Also, the section with Shampoo was somewhat confusing. You mean that Shampoo saw Bell and assumed she was Ranma's fiancé, and Akane pretended not to know what she meant? Or were you saying that Shampoo saw Ranma with Urd the night before and was asking about her? First I thought she was talking about Bell, but then the "HE WAS WITH ANOTHER WOMAN?" line made me think it was about Urd.
I guess I should have read the comments first before posting one myself.
So Shampoo saw Ranma with Urd, right? Got it. And yeah, Akane is emotional. She's not gonna just instantly stop reacting to Ranma being with other girls. It wouldn't be natural. But if she's able to think it through, especially if she feels Bell's disappointment in her reaction, she'd probably calm down.
Also, that "20 0.000000ee" thing still isn't fixed. But now I know it was supposed to be "20 percent."
What the heck? I know I edited the episode. Was sure I'd refreshed and seen the fix go in. But the fix was gone when I looked just now.

Aw hell, I bet every time a comment is added, the fix is undone.
Oh, I meant to add in that it was Mousse who saw Urd and Ranma. That way all he could say was a general description of events. It would also make sense as if Shampoo saw the kiss she would have gone postal then and there in her anger.

Adama thanks for fixing the "percent" issue. Also, to clear up possible confusion, after Akane asked "Who are you talking about?" would you add the line:
"Mousse on delivery last night. He saw Ranma, with glasses on, kissing another woman Mousse not recognize," Shampoo responded, "You don't know this happened?" Akane's eyes narrowed slightly as she took in a deep breath.
