Kind of odd that you made it so Azuu wasn't water-proof. Chi ,although she may be a special exception among persocoms, actually CAN swim as illustrated in the beach episode in the anime where she saves her "owner" from drowning.(Don't know the ep. number. I do know it was in the 2nd half.) And as far as I know fire-benders ARE able to swim without major incident. As illustrated by Zuko during the attempted invasion of the northern water tribe.(Don't know the exact number for this one either. End of the 1st season I think?)
