Sharon decided that fixing her parents had to be her next priority, ahead even of Jim. Two six year-olds on the loose were capable of causing all sorts of mayhem. She hadn't heard any noise from them yet this morning, though, so with a bit of luck they might still be asleep.

  1. *She found them both on the couch in front of the living-room TV, which had apparently been left on all night, sound asleep.
  2. However her father was wide awake, as she found out when he crept up behind her and mischievously snatched the gun from her grasp.
  3. Something else.
