He strode as casually as possible back to his office, where Gogo greeted him with a particularly broad grin. "And how did the commercial go, Mr. Ziktor?"
It was in that moment that, on one level, Adam could identify with Gogo. All throughout his career, Adam felt obliged to make a point of playing cool -- and sure enough, Gogo was too. Gogo did not really have a poker face personality, but she was a natural master of understatement. How did the commercial go, indeed!
"Miss Ejarmen, I would like to thank you, very much, on your unconventional but highly inspired choice of casting."
She stood up and spoke softly. "I'm glad that you're glad." Even more softly, she asked "How does tonight look?"
Adam had long been able to read a woman's body language, but from her slight nervous pivoting to the sparkle in her eyes to the rather blatant engorgement of her nipples stabbing out against her dress, he could tell that, even for her, Gogo was super horny. She was no doubt dying to hear him invite her into his office.
In fact, he was weighing precisely that option when he noticed Linda Redstone striding towards him, looking none too pleased.
"You're late," she stated flatly. Linda could be quite bitchy when she had to be, and this was such a time. "I was sorely tempted to just abandon you, but instead, I've been insisting over the phone to these entrepreneurs that you're very valuable, and you had fucking well better prove it. We're leaving now."
"We'll find time tonight," Adam told Gogo, and left.
For her part, Gogo felt awfully jilted. She had never been so turned on as when she had spied on Adam with those women, and now the prospect of having to wait, of somehow having to insert herself into his no doubt hectic evening of three wives and who knew what else, riled her to the point where she had to stifle a savage scream of frustration. She respected and appreciated Ms. Redstone, but in that moment Gogo was furious with her. Impetuously, feeling pretty well ignored and abandoned by her workplace, she decided to leave early for that day.

"I'm not even altogether sure I understand why I'm involved," Adam confessed as he got in a limousine with Linda. Frankly, after the afternoon he'd had, he wanted to go home, drink, relax, and enjoy his wives and maybe that maid Yasmine.
"You're a man, and I feel that handy for dealing with women. Now, tell me what you've been learning all day."
