So let's say five people to start with, each of them getting physical and mental changes randomly as they travel.
These five people should be from different series they don't have to be anime but the changes are limitless. I was thinking 2 guys 2 girls and the fifth either something else or a guy or girl struck Hermaphrodite from the first change.
