Fantastic! Sorry I haven't gotten back to this yet. Aside from that Wishing Rock episode I tossed off last week, I've been trying to finish a chapter of my regular fanfic. But once I wrap it up, I'll give this some more focus (I'll come up with something else for that WR thread too).
This was very nice. It's almost exactly how I'd envisioned that conversation. And nice Keiichi reference, though it made me feel bad for sending Bell elsewhere.
Akane not wanting to badmouth Shampoo in front of Bell was great. But more importantly, that line also implied that she'll become more conscious of how she presents herself in order not to reflect badly on Bell. That is just excellent and it's an angle that never really occurred to me when I was coming up with this. Bravo.
Bell and Ryoga will make for an interesting tension if he still doesn't tell Akane the truth right away. It'll be tough for Bell since she doesn't lie, but I also can't see her letting P-chan sleep with her fiancée. That just wouldn't be proper, after all.
Ranma was surprisingly successful in avoiding a full interrogation from Nabiki. He really considered his words rather than just blurting out something. He's actually trying to deal with things a little more maturely, eh? Nice.

Glad you liked it. I think, for Keichii, perhaps we could add in to the end of this story line Belldandy sets off to help another person. Afterall, I never mentioned what year he was in college and at the start of the story I think he was at least a 2nd year student.
As for Ranma and Nabiki, I was thinking with everything that happened earlier Nabiki wasn't at her full game and perhaps Urd's love of family and knowing when it is good to lie rubbed off on Ranma in their short meeting so his mind is working a bit better than previously he was.
I think as it progresses, I eventually want to branch off towards two different "endings" and follow through on both of them. Akane/Ranma as brought together by Bell and Urd on one hand, and Akane/Bell and Ranma/Urd on the other. (And possibly all four of them together as a third outcome.) For the former, that could easily lead into Bell going off to Keiichi.
Hmm, That sounds good. I think it would be interesting if Urd did fall in love with Ranma like Bell would with Keichii.
