As Rukia walked home, she was still unaware her body was aging at now 4 times its speed, now aging a year in about 2 months worth of time. While it was fast, it wasn't fast enough to cause notice yet as she returned to the Kurosaki residents.

"Welcome back, Rukia!" Came the chipper voice of Yuzu Kurosaki.

Rukia smiled as she waved to Yuzu. "Hello, Yuzu. Karin." She said as she sat down on the couch.

"Hey Rukia." Karin said, not looking up from her homework she was working on.

Rukia said nothing, figuring it better to leave her be. That was, until she noticed a silver gleam from Karin's toe. She turned and gasped. "Karin. What's that ring on your toe?" She asked.

Karin looked at Rukia who pointed to her foot. She looked over and saw the ring as she straightened up. "Huh. I don't know. Wasn't there last time I looked." Karin said.

Yuzu had come over and looked impressed by the appearance of the ring as she felt it was around Karin's toe tightly. However, in the process, she noted a ring of her own on her pinkie finger. "Hey! I got one too!" She said in amazement.

"Weird. I have one too." Rukia said, showing her own. "This was starting to get weird. But what did it mean? And more importantly, what curse did the two sisters unknowingly get?"

  1. A curse of conjoinment - The rings bound Yuzu and Karin to stay near one another, growing close rtill they began to conjoin together in some way.
  2. A curse of reverse - Karin felt more comfy using her feet to do things where Yuzu felt more compelled to walk on her hands. Where would this lead to?
  3. A curse of sharing - Karin and Yuzu were forced to share with one another, at first just things but soon they could share body parts and inteligence as the curse progressed.
  4. *Each had a seperat curse unrelated to one another.
  5. Meanwhile, Yoruichi had decided to follow Rukia after finding the ring still on her even after reverting to human.
