Great work! How do you post so much all the time? The wish episode (which I ended up splitting in two) took me hours...and that was fast for me. But it seems like you have an episode almost every day.

Best moment was when Ranma looked to the right even as he said he'd save both of them. That was really lovely, and made me feel terribly guilty for messing with them!
However, not so sure about Ranma admitting to Urd that he cares for Akane when Akane couldn't even say that she cared for Ranma when Belldandy could read her thoughts. And it might be playing up Ranma's desire to protect a teensy bit too much, but not problematically so.

Just…it seems unlikely to me that Ranma would risk something as huge as proposing to a goddess he just met effectively in order to protect Akane. But it's a great setup all the same, and will clearly lead to some fun stuff in later episodes.
When do *you* see this as taking place?
Among your choices, I feel like Akane would definitely be worried about being engaged to a goddess and all of that, but I see a moment something like this: Akane frets about it, Bell takes her hands in hers, Akane looks in her eyes and sees all the warmth and compassion there, and feels that it'll all be okay. Oh, and she blushes. ^_^
Nabiki catching up with Ranma might make sense. Maybe she even overheard Ranma's proposal?

The small reservations about Ranma's reaction here notwithstanding, this is such a good continuation. It really is rewarding when someone takes an idea you began and runs with it, isn't it? I'll try to return to it this week, but I have something else to take care of first. So if you feel inspired to do anything more with it (but weren't sure if I'd be continuing off this episode or whatever), feel free!

As for Ranma's more openness, I was thinking because he is smarter than he lets on, he does feel bad on some level for all the crap he's put Akane through due to him being there and for the crap she's gone through before he was there.
And just because Akane is too angry to know her true feelings doesn't mean Ranma is as well. He's just driven down by his sense of duty and manhood. He follows the edict: Men do not show emotions. Men do not complain about their lot in life. Men do not turn into girls. Men keep their word, no matter the cost.
As for when, I was thinking maybe after Ukyo showed up so there would be the other three fiances for Urd to deal with, save Akane.
Though I think Akane may try to sing her mallet at him as he did purposefully propose but cut her attack short as Belldandy is in the room.
Yeah, that makes sense. And that timing seems smart, giving the way you've had things play out so far.
Heh. Akane would instinctively want to pound him, but wouldn't want Bell to see her acting that way. Akane restrains herself, Bell is pleased, and Ranma doesn't get a face full of blunt object. Everybody wins!
