Nice small addition. Just a passing thought. A gorgon can turn people to stone by looking them in the eye. Do you think that would mean Mariko is immune from such an attack as she has no "eyes"?
Good question. Either that, or she is all "eyes," and thus more vulnerable.
That is also possible. Such a question will need to be dealt with should Steve and Mariko meet.
