What's with Orihime losing changes did she set something up for herself or are her powers naturally rejecting them without her realizing it?
Well you originally suggested this as thus:
"Like Secret word if anyone in the subject list says a certain word or phrase they get randomly changed but if they make some one else say the secret word they will change back to normal unless they said it again and their own changes become retroactive."
I figured the change back part would be covered by the whole 'get someone else to say it, get a point' bit when I wrote it for the original option. Sorry if it wasn't. >:
