Regarding the options, being a pervert doesn't mean he doesn't still have emotional attachments. And Hiroshi never actually told him he would want lots of different girls (though Ranma could have made the connection on his own from wanting guys as a girl to the reverse). But If he (predictably) goes after other girls, it might be good for him to realize Akane...and probably the others too...won't want much to do with him if they know he's been with another girl. So would he then become a liar too? Unless embracing the label "pervert" in his own mind just obliterated his scruples entirely.
I guess that's the real question. Does being a pervert mean "anything goes" and morals, feelings, etc., are no longer important?
