Even if everyone knows the new Ichigo, does everyone know she's a hermaphodite? Rukia and his family would know but what about her classmates? Tatsuki might know I supose, they are childhood friends. Bit what if Chizuru found out after getting the drop on the girl with breasts that rivaled Orihime's own. Would she immediately spill the beans or does she blackmail him when she learns she has both sets of equipment?
This had good subject matter, but the grammatical errors were very distracting. This can be easily improved, though.
