Adama has likely already addressed this by the time this comment comes up, but you didn't make a typo. The host for this site has demands for the Addventure for the site to remain hosted by them, and some words get either completely censored out or altered a little to comply. Ch1ld is one of them, the i is supposed to become a 1 to prevent it from coming up in searches when someone searches for the word.
That's not a typo I don't think... I'm sure it's a censor since that word is taboo to my knowledge.

Yes, you guys answered him before I was able to get back online. It's on the BEA list of censored words, so it gets replaced automatically.
The original requirement comes from the credit-card provider that supports the pay side of the BEA; in order for the BEA to continue receiving their services, a certain list of words must be censored in the site's pages. The reason is as the anonymous commenter said, so that the pages do not come up when people search for those words.
