Samus the Frog: Into the cavern

Samus floated near the ocean's floor, frozen still in the hope that the tentacled beast would pass her by. A crack in the floor of the ocean caught her eye, and Samus decided to make a break for it. Samus pushed with her powerful legs as hard as she could, hoping her frog's body would be fast enough to evade the beast, now attacking her after seeing her attempt at escape. She darted into the cracked, passing through and traveling deep enough to avoid the tentacles.

Samus gave herself to moment, breathing in water as she caught her breath. She looked down, and saw that the crack was actually a tunnel, and followed it to the end, swimming down it. She saw a light at the end, and headed up, ermerging in a hidden, underwater cavern. Samus swam over to some steps leading up, heading into the chamber. It was fairly damp and empty, apart from the corner, which had...

  1. *An upgrade statue.
  2. A door, leading to another room.
  3. A computer terminal.
  4. What appeared to be an old, but still comfortable bed. Samus waited until she was dry, and slept in the bed.
  5. *Something else.
