Pregnant Pause: Double-Plus Good

Sharon sat there for a second, reveling in the sensations of being nine months pregnant with twins. "Jim," she said, "this feels so good, I want to know what another one feels like. Hit the plus button again please."
Jim decided it couldn't hurt to accommodate her wish. He stooped down to get a good look at the buttons on the T-shirt that was tightly stretched around her swollen abdomen, to make certain he was hitting the correct one. Just as his finger zeroed in on the '+' button, one of the twins kicked, causing Sharon to squirm slightly. The result was that Jim pressed the '+' button not once, but twice.
The sensation of nausea hit Sharon twice as hard as before, but passed just as quickly. Then her belly began to grow twice as fast as before. Within moments it stops, leaving Sharon with a huge round belly and tits that were a bit larger than before, everything still covered by the t-shirt. Her stomach had her firmly wedged in the creaking chair.
"Jim!" Sharon began to yell, but reconsidered as she felt the quadruplets moving inside of her.
- Sharon wants Jim to hit the '-' button once, so she can get out to the chair.
- *Sharon want Jim to hit the '+' at least once more.
- Sharon shifts in the chair, and causes the chair arm to press a button.
- *Jim notices that, with more surface area, more buttons have made themselves evident.
- For some reason, Sharon wants to try on another T-shirt.
- Something Else happens.
