It was a sunny day when Brian McCarney raised from his chair down in his rather dark basement, yelled the famous "Heureka!" as he had imagined it so many times ever since he started on that project, and held in his hand a small device, that resembled a mobile phone, just with a small keyboard and a small antenna.
6 Years were put into the development after Brian one day had that visionary revelation in the bathroom about the inner mechanics of a human brain. Multiple failours, restarts from scratch and issues with his family according to the time he spent into it and the fact that his wife was the only one earning enough to have at least something to keep his family alive had given him doubts more the once if he was doing the right thing. But if once an idea so great, so revolutionary and so impossible got stuck in a man's head, there wasn't much that could stop him from finishing it. And now he hold it in his hand. A device that would change the world as people knew it. A device that looked so simple and in lack of a better name Brian (with a hint of sarcasm) called MAD which was short for Memory Alteration Device, was in front of him, proven to be working, but yet untested.
In lack of a better test subject, he aimed it at Sparky, his small dog and best friend in all these years, watched the debugging information on the screen till it reported "Brain scan finished" and with the smile of success and relief he typed in his first alteration. Sparky barked once after the device was done with him, and Brian knew that he needed to be taken out, so he went upstairs and watched in joy how his dog relieved himself in his backyard. Brian smiled as he carefully studied every movement of Sparky. And after he was done, Brian was the happiest man on earth, as he knew that from now on, his dog would never ever again relieve himself inside the house, as his device had changed that.
Later that day, Brian run another few tests. And in his confidence for the capabilities of his invention, he even tested it on his son, as he once again munched through a box of cookies because he failed to be a proper boyfriend for his girl as of his small nervousness problem. A few minutes later, his son claimed that he actually hates cookies and would start a diet and do more sports from now on, and in his mind Brian knew, that the next time those two love birds after a romantic evening landed in bed, his son would stay his man like a perfect lover.
After that Brian bathed in his success, and when his wife came home, he felt like it was time to lighten up the fire of his marriage once again, now that they both would be rich and famous very soon. But when his wife - tired and exhausted from the hard work she had to do to keep his family alive - refused candlelight dinner and sex afterwards, he did the first mistake. One that he would curse himself for the rest of his life. He altered her mind.
In his ecstasy of success he changed his wife so that the pure sight of his ready dick, would make her go into a sexual frenzy, ready to fuck him crazy. That one night, after he had locked MAD back into his 'laboratory', he experienced first hand, what his invention was capable of, as his wife went from tired to maniac the very second he dropped his pants and they spent the rest of the night fucking like rabbits, till no one of them was any more able to continue and both fell asleep exhausted in unison.

And if you truly love a woman, then no matter how good the sex actually is, if you know that it is enforced, it destroys everything.
That day Brian decided that even while his invention was probably the most ground-breaking thing in the history of mankind, he had to destroy it as the risks by far out-weighted the gain. But when he went downstairs - after he fucked her wife crazy once more - he had to learn that this very night, someone had broken into their house, and had stolen beside his laptop and his notes the device as well. And even though the police was able to capture that man a few weeks later, he had already sold MAD as a brand new mobile phone to an unknown person, that was never found.
Brian never told his wife what he had done to her and his son and thanks to his invention none of them ever understood their sudden change. Once or twice a day, he endured her sudden explosion of horniness that caused her to ravish him, knowing that this was the punishment he had to endure for his wrongdoing. But the fate of his son was the one that drove him mad every day. While he did start a diet and became a handsome stud within a few month, his other change had caused him to become the main gossip in high school and college afterwards for girls, as thanks to Brian's badly worded change, he now if openly invited for sex got not only a raging hard-on almost instantly, he was as well unable to relief that in any other way then to spend the night with that girl, literally making him a slave to whichever girl dropped her top for him. And not only once that drove him into situations, where Brian cursed himself for ruining the life of his own son.
And the one day when the hospital called Brian as his son had an emergency surgery after running around with his dick hard as iron for two days, as the girl he planned to spent the night with was just curios if the rumors were true and dumped him without ever having sex, and the doctor explained that his son would be impotent for the rest of his life, Brian committed suicide a few weeks later.
But since the buyer of the stoled device was never found, it still existed somewhere. And whoever now had that device, wielded the power of MADness for whatever good or bad thing he had in mind, able to bend every men's and women's mind.
