Making her morning preparations, the former cheerleader showered and dressed in a clean blouse and long skirt, just as unrevealing as the garb that magician had put her in. With her books packed in her bag and everything else set to go, she left the house with plenty of time to spare, reaching the bus stop ten minutes early.
The reception Jill received from the small group at the bus stop was unusual. Mandy and Lisa, two of the cheerleaders that had been at the performance with her last night, barely registered Jill's presence. When she tried to strike up a conversation with them, she was cut short when she discovered that her tastes had been radically altered, as well. It's hard to discuss political events with girls who think that a broken nail counts as a world crisis.
"Was I really that much of a bimbo?" Jill wondered. When the bus stopped by, she quietly got on and found a seat near the front of the bus. She usually received a few catcalls and wolf whistles upon entering, but not this time. No one seemed to acknowledge her, save for a few of the students that she normally never gave the time of day.
