Rachel finally cools off by the time she arrives.
Zena Zap {Zeke &Zed Mom} was bringing fresh eggs and cream milk into the house for Sunday breakfast, when she saw Rachel pulling up "My word Rachel Mistofelees, your sight for sore eyes and a mess for one should to see, young lady."
Rachel was always the proper dress one of her three sisters, but not today wearing Lara ripped pants with holes in them, her father over size T-shirt, Nora small blue denim jacket that was too small even for Nora; plus her red hair was uncombed and brushed, like it was right out of the shower.
"I'm sorry Miss. Zap; I heard Zed was ill..." Rachel try to explain to her about last night, when she cut her off "hush up girl, I heard it all from Zen, how is you're poor father doing" the smiling Zena said to the well shock girl.
"My father... what about poor Zeke, he was shot" Rachel said to her, watching Zena put her arm around her to comfort her worries away.
"Fear not Zeke is like his father, a healer and immortal, everything will be alright" Zena whisper to her still smiling as both ladies march off to the house
