Crayon World: To the Mall

Seeing nothing better do do, Sharon grabs her coat and purse before accompabnying Jim out of the front door en route for the mall.

Outside is very strange. She walks through a seemingly two-dimensional, crayon-coloured world with no shadows. She feels that it she stretched out her hand she could easily touch the neighbouring house, even though it should be thirty yards away. For that matter, she suspects that she could reach up and touch the sun if she wanted to.

  1. The two-dimensional Jim slips into his two dimensional car easily enough, but the three-dimensional Sharon wonders how to get in.
  2. *The mall isn't far, so they walk.
  3. Sharon realises that now she's outside she's slowly starting to change.
  4. Something else.
