"Genius?" Jessica asked.
"Beer." Kathy helpfully whispered back.
"Aye! It will take a strong man, no a courageous man to face such an overwhelming foe." Waldo said, drawing himself up to his full scrawny height of five foot nothing,"Criminy, I wish Xavier twern't off on 'oliday. He lives for this sort of rot."
"Tho you'll help uth?" Sharon asked.
"Wot, are you off your nut?" Waldo said,"I'm a bleedin coward I am, just your average dirty old Wizard! Xavier tells me, e' say 'Look, just mind the store, keep the bloody dragon fed - no walkies mind ye - and answer the phone.' There, I've gone beyond the call o duty already by just comin here! Mind if I take a few pictures of you three before I leave as payment for my troubles?"
"Wait- when's Xavier due back?" Kathy asked hopefully.
"Oh, I dunno - e's only been gone, lets see -," Waldo did some mental calcualtions," A year ago last month..."
"A YEAR!" The trio said.
"Aye, a year. Wot, is there an echo in ere?" Waldo said in a disgusted tone," See ere, in this business, a year can be like a day- you must learn patience!"
"Well, I'm losing my patience - and my manhood!" Jessica cried, "Surely you understand THAT!"
"Yes, we're desperate here!" Tanya said, crowding up to Waldo with her enormous breasts, almost to the point of cuddling him. Waldo looked down eagerly and licked his lips in anticipation.
"Well..." Waldo said uncomfortably, "I suppose so - and I'm almost out of Purina Dragon Chow..."
