The trio of conscious warriors made their way back to the restaurant, carrying the slumbering weretigress body of Kylie along with them.
After settling the Hunter down on a makeshift bed to rest, they filled Beth, Morgan, and Becky in on everything that happened.
Beth shook her head absently. I’ve about had it with this
crazy dimension. I’m getting us out of here.
How? Nathan replied.
The Tigress might be able to grant me enough power. I’ll
need time, and Morgan’s help.
Morgan playfully mussed up Beth’s mane. Count on it,

While the rest waited for the results of Beth’s meditation, several rooms away, Kylie tossed in her bed.
The three forces struggled within her once more. At the moment, the Tigress had been weakened from the sudden infusion of undead contagion, while the Hellhound struggled to heal its supernatural wounds by molding Kylie’s body in its image. The Vampire, meanwhile, was driven to near-madness by its craving for fresh blood and life force.
The clash raged on, until one of them finally gained temporary dominance over Kylie’s body (and over Kylie)...
