The Elven Curses: Who's Kyrlen?

Within the cocoon was the remains of the once-proud King Kyrlen. However, now he was reduced to a one-inch tall female pixie.

"Oh, my love," Mirya sobbed. Lila put her arm around her friend to console her.

"Oh, hi there," the pixie said, springing to life. "I'm Pixla. Uh, where am I?"

"The Elven Village," Mirya said, "Don't you remember? Kyrlen?"

"Huh? Elves? Oh, that's not right at all. I should be at the Valley of the Pixies. I'd better go!"

"No, wait!" Mirya said, "Stay with me. Maybe I can find a spell to restore you."

"Restore me to what? I was just born. I've only been me for a minute or two."

"You were once my lover," Mirya said.

"Hah! Yeah right!" Pixla said, "Me love a female elf? Dream on!"

Mirya broke down in full tears now, crying and sobbing loudly. With her lover gone, replaced by this pixie, she knew there was only one thing for her to do now...

  1. *... take over as Queen of the village and be the sole ruler.
  2. ... return to her native dimension and reclaim her humanity. Things are too painful here.
  3. ... forge a new bond with Pixla and try to coax whatever remains of Kyrlen out... if anything remains.
