"What's going on?" Beth gasped, and she clung to Morgan in a tight embrace.

"Whatever happens," Morgan said, "Don't let go!"

Suddenly three armored figures with imposing helmets burst into the room.

"Hunters!" gasped the girls.

The Hunters approached the cage and snapped the lock on it. The cage door swung open. The girls cowered in the corner in fear. And then the Hunters took off their helmets to reveal...

  1. ... Wendy, Diane, and Miriam! "We've come to save you!" they say.
  2. *... battle-hardened soldiers. "Come with us if you want to live," they say.
  3. ... three girls they didn't recognize. "Theresa brags too much for her own good," they say.
