Checking out the recruits
Unending BE - episode 220839
Nora couldn't help but be amused; there were no men at all. Instead there were twelve women, each one of them quite attractive, and of varying ethnicities.
"No men, Franco?" Nora asked, trying to hide her amusement.
"We've done quite a bit of research on the subject of infiltration and subterfuge, and we've found that women are far more successful. When you factor in the raw power of the werewolf, the female of the species is far more useful than the male, as much as I hate to admit it." Franco's gender bias was quite obvious in his tone of voice.
"Do the recruits know what's going to happen?" Nora asked, rather curious. The women looked strangely calm, given the circumstances.
"Err...no, not actually. They've simply volunteered for a secret project that pays incredibly well."
"Ah...so we infect them before they know what's happening, is that it?" She asked, feeling a bit irked.
"Secrecy is one of the watchwords of this project. Do you understand that? We can't afford for ANYONE to know we're researching lycanthropic technology," Franco was quite firm with her. Nora hated to admit it, but she understood.
"There's just one problem-there's no moonlight in that room, and its hours until dark. How am I supposed to infect them? Just randomly start kissing them?"
"The flourescent lights in that room have been rigged to replicate moonlight, down to the exact frequency the beams are refracted back to earth. All I have to do is flip a switch once you're in the room, and it'll be like you're only a few feet from the moon itself."
"Wow...how long have you guys been working on this?" Nora asked Franco, genuinely surprised.
"This room has been ready for five years-we've been searching for a lycanthrope for twice as long," Franco said. "Are you ready?"
- Nora is ready, and enters the room
- Nora backs out of her deal, not wanting it to happen this way
- An attack happens on the base
- Something else
