"Meet us in that clearing in the forest where we collected earthworms that time."

Wanda did, waiting patiently for them in her red Honda Accord. The video tape had provided Wanda with answers to a few of her questions, but still more remained. Where had that multi-colored dragon come from? Why did Annie decide to become a dragon? Who were those other two women? How did dragons really exist? What help could she possibly be to them?

There had been no sign of anyone, dragon or human, for almost thirty minutes. Idly, she looked at the VHS tape in her hand. On the magnetic reels was proof positive of the most amazing discovery since the atom. It would be so easy to leave before they got here, take it to a TV station. She’d be famous, for certain.

But could she betray a friend to do it?

1. She pulls away from the clearing, heading for the local TV station.
2. She stays put. Annie and company swoop down shortly afterwards.
3. *She stays put. Annie drops her "empty clearing" illusion. "Good. You passed the test," she says.
4. She drives away, but is intercepted by Annie and company on the way out of the forest.
5. Wanda does something else...
