“That’s so generous of you,” Julie grumbled.
Demona smirked. “Take it or leave it.”
Julie threw her hands up in surrender. “Fine let’s go,” she said, grabbing her backpack.
Demona quickly swooped up behind her, taking her around the waist before flapping her leathery wings. With almost no effort, she rose off the ground, climbing high into the sky in less than a minute. Julie gasped in shock when she looked down, losing her grip on her backpack.

Julie frowned. “My other clothes were in there.”
“Trust me,” Demona hissed, “for us, clothing is optional.”

The demoness laughed. “No. Not yet.”
