BSA1: Gotta Get More Eps -- and Allies!

Finally, after much dithering, the new Dribbler came to a decision. As things stood, she couldn't reintegrate. Abdicating the solution to Lola might be dangerous. Somehow, she had to get more orgone -- with that, all things were possible. And she could do that -- she was an Avatar, she could reach out into reality and prompt the Author she was the avatar of to write more episodes! In fact, she had already done so, even as she dithered! Already, now that she thought of it, she was feeling more powerful.

New-Dribbler stood up -- her shift at the orphanage was over anyway. I'm still not strong enough to dare contact Cow-Dribbler, she thought. Not until I get more eps under my belt -- the more I do, the more powerful I will become. But in the meantime, I can seek out and possibly restore some allies. But who?

Her knowledge of the Backstage gave her the answer. Why, the Backstage Troubleshooters, and Whorlond, and Grobrests, of course! She knew from the eps she'd flashed on that D.J. Woohoo and Whorlond had been bimboized -- she wasn't sure about Elizabeth Fruitbat and Grobrests (though the fact that "Grobrests" and not "Groblek" had been the name to pop into her mind made her fear the worst).

  1. *"Right," she said. "Lets go after D.J.!" (Now an Amerindian exotic dancer, if I recall correctly.)
