"Mara, please!" Belldandy begged. "Don't do this!"
"Pleading for your life will get you nowhere!" Mara laughed.
"I'm pleading for yours," Belldandy explained. "Reality has to be reaching a point where it cannot be stretched anymore. It will shatter! Place whatever curses on me you will, but I beg you, don't try to alter the strings anymore! It's far too dangerous!"
Mara chuckled. "If having your existance altered is the one thing you fear, then that is what I will most certainly do! I am a demon first class. Do you think I can't safely handle WAAAA!" Suddenly from behind a slim tanned hand appeared through a portal and shoved Mara. She fell directly into the enchantment she was weaving. Suddenly tangled herself in the many reality threads, she struggled to free herself, even as her hands began to reform into hooves. "No! What's happening? You!"
"Worthless, am I?" asked the smugly smiling Urd. "Were you really foolish enough to think I would remain you lackey? Or that I was ever loyal to you?"
The more Mara struggled to free herself, the more entwined she became in the fate she had planned for Belldandy and the faster she transformed. Her limbs were now cow legs and her breasts had grown into huge twin udders. "No! I am Mara! You can't betray me! Not now! This can't happen! Belldandy, help MOOOOOOOO!"
With a laugh, Urd waved her hand and the now helpless Mara vanished. "I'll see you at milking time. Now only one demoness will rule the earth, and she is the great and powerful (and devastatingly beautiful) Urd! As for you Belldandy, I will finish what I started, only not with any old potion. I'll reweave your reality to make you the horniest most masochistic slut the world has ever seen!"
"No Urd!" Belldandy cried. "Reality is too fragile! You can't control it!"
"Shut up!" Urd ordered. "I can handle this!" With a confident smile, Urd started unweaving reality's threads. After a few moments, her look turned to one of concern. "This is... a little harder than I thought." A few moments after that, her face was one of fear, then panic. "I can't handle this! Oh Almighty above, it's too much! I... I don't know what to do!"
"Take my hand!" yelled Belldandy as all around them reality started to warp and twist. "I still remember you as you were! There must still be a thread connecting us! Together we may have a chance!" Urd hesitated only for a moment, then she desperately grabbed Belldandy's hand.
Somehow the many changes to Akane became undone. She dropped to her hands and knees, once again her old self. She watched in confused awe as an aura surrounded Belldandy and Urd. Both changed, becoming almost too beautiful to look at. "Thanks sis," said a restored Urd. "But there's so much damage. Where do we start?"
"We need Skuld!" said Belldandy, restored to her goddesshood. "Skuld! Here girl!"
Mara's doggie bitch happily padded over to the person calling her. Both Belldandy and Urd reached down to lovingly lift her up. Akane watched the sex toy dog creature become a sweet looking young woman. "Belldandy! Urd! What's happening?"
"No time to explain," said Belldandy. "Join with us. The threads of reality are breaking!" Reunited, the goddess trio closed their eyes, focusing all their energy on repairing the growing damage. Akane could do nothing but watch and wait.
"I'm getting tired," said Skuld. "Losing energy... so fast."
"Me too," Urd said. "None of us is at full strength! We're so close, but I'm losing my focus! Belldandy! You've got to finish it!"
"I...I can't," Belldandy said with true sorrow in her voice. "I'm so sorry. I have nothing left."
Just then Belldandy felt another hand grip hers. "You do now," said a firm voice. "Whatever strength I have, use it... sister."
Belldandy opened her eyes and smiled at Akane. "Thank you," she breathed. "Let's finish this... NOW!"

Belldandy slowly woke up, feeling like she had slept for ages. She looked around, confused. "Oh dear. Where is everyone? I'm not sure what happened."
