Serenity explained what had happened to Cheyenne. She told Cheyenne that Kevin, Elias and she had once been the wizard known as Mieou. Dark Rabbitsbane had destroyed Mieou, and his essence was divided into personifications of aspects of his personality and being. Cheyenne listened intently to the complicated story, but she was positive that she was missing some important pieces to the puzzle, or just couldn't understand everything. Cheyenne sat on the bed and tried to gather her thoughts.

Elias told everyone that he had taken it upon himself to become Mioue's double, and with the aid of the disguise, he had used magic to restore life to another anthro earlier in the day. He told them all about how Jim had put on a suit of the vixen assassin Raven, and how her personality had come forward. He had used magic to cast Jim out of her body and send him back to his time. The cost to Jim was going to be roughly five years off his lifespan, but he would be none the wiser.

"I could perform similar magic here on Sally. I would need the Mieou disguise I wore earlier to get the magical knowledge I need and someone would have to sacrifice some of their life force by wearing the suit when I cast the spell. They will be cast out, while Sally will be restored."

The whole group looked over at Kehle. They had found the donor for the life force that would restore Sally. "I'll head back to the hideout I was using as Mieou and retrieve the wizard suit. You all remain behind and try to figure out what to do about the spy from the Order of the One."

Elias leaves and heads back to the hideout. Meanwhile...
