Reynard now had Shades power and she would be effectively out of the way as long as he wanted her gone. It was actually quite thrilling to him. He had Shade, alive but helpless, whom he could care for. He had stolen her appearance and powers and could become himself anytime he wanted or needed to, and now he had a new lover. Reynard, who had never thought of himself as a a gay individual, was now unconcerned with such matters. As far as the world would perceive him, he was Shade, a female. As Alex was concerned, he was also Shade. Even though Reynard was male inside the suit, he thought of himself as performing an elaborate deception. The whole idea was making him/her horny again and Alex was going to be the target of his affections.
Even though Shade had called out Alex's name when he was having sex with her, he wasn't sure if she and Alex had actually made love beofore. Could Shade's response have been out of girlish desire, or did Alex prefer males and females. How would Alex react if Shade suddenly made advances on him. Would he be happy? Repulsed? Indifferent? Reynard thought hard about what he should do to gauge Alex's response. He came up with an idea.
Shade kissed Alex lightly on the forehead to wake him up. Alex's eyes began to flutter open and Shade pulled the Alexandra mask down over the bunny boys head in a gesture of affection. Alex smiled at Shade as she smiled back. "Are you alright Alexandra? You were tossing and turning in your sleep and I thought you were having a nightmare."
Alexandra blinked and rubbed her eyes, the memories of a few hours ago were blurry and disconnected. He didn't quite remember what happened to him as a side effect of the drugs. He remembered something about a rabbit named Jo and a horrible feeling of not being able to move, but that was about it. "I guess I was having a bad dream, but I'm O.k. now." Alex jumped from the bed, "What are you doing here Shade?", he asked brightly.
"I was trying to find Aluara.", lied Reynard/Shade as he began to undress herself. She turned her back to Alexandra and threw her robe off her shoulders. "Oh...that feels good", said Shade as her robe fell to the floor and she stretched her wings...She was wearing nothing underneath except a thong and a pair of long, artificial leather, boots. (real leather just isn't stylish with anthro horses, cattle, and sheep running around.)
Alex gawked at Shade and the silence caused Shade to turn her head around just enough to see the bunny boys reaction. Was he silent from embarassment, shock, desire. The suspense was killing Reynard. He had to know...
