MasterPC JLH: A poor choice of clinics

Unending BE - episode 185326

After her traumatic experiences the past few days, Jennifer Love Hewitt checked herself into the best (and most expensive) psychiatric clinic in the country (which happened to be located in Jim's hometown). She just needed time to recover herself. There were many forms to fill out, basically signing waivers for some of the more experimental treatments and saying it was okeh to be denied exit until her doctor decided she was cured. They took blood samples, and urine tests. And gave her personality tests, ink-blot tests and handwriting tests. Everything was most professional. For the first time in days Jennifer realized that she was in good hands.

The last thing she needed to do was hand over all her personal belongings (for safe keeping) and step through the auto-locking door. As she handed over her driver's licence she realized that it wasn't too late to back out. The somewhat sick girl in the photo could still go home, but no she needed to do this, for her mother's sake.

"One last question?" she asked working up her courage to step through the door.

"Of course, what is it dear?" asked the receptionist.

"Why the doors?"

"You have to want to be cured before we can help. This frees the doctors to work only with those who can be cured. It is one of the reason we have a 100% success rate."

"Who is going to be my doctor?"

z The receptionist shuffled some papers, "We usually don't disclose this until after people step through, but you've suffered a lot in the last few days. Ah, here it is. Your doctor's name is Ernie Piatzo."

With that piece of information JLH stepped through the auto-locking doors.

  1. *In which we follow JLH and perhaps find out what Jim's worst enemy has planned,
  2. In which we shift back to Jim, Rick, and Jennifer (Rick's ex-girlfriend not JLH).
  3. Something else.
