D.X. Machina's crystal, still pretty after all this time. You place the crystal around your neck, remembering from many a rereading of the story the way it works. Think of a size, and you'll be reduced, and stay that size for an hour. You can shrink more, but you have to stay that size for an hour, then you can return to the previous size for the balance of the hour.

Phew, it's like a damn CD-ROM manual.

You have thought about what you would do if you got a hold of the crystal. You could visit the local mall. Or you could sneak into the local college. Or you could maybe stop by the local coffee shop.
