Art looked over the 23 year old latina who was attempting to sell him on the fact that she was 125 years old. While she might be nuttier than a can of Planters, her body was definately worth it. "Well, that's fine Esperanza, I'm fine with that" he said as he smiled at her and then looked to the lady Lawyer he had brought with him.
The Lawyer, Janet Primrose, nodded to Art but her mind wasn't truly in it. She had taken this job for the commission, not any love for the Client. After being a lawyer for 40 years, she had very little love for clients any more. It was just business. Mr. Klopworth had hired her to help with all the confusion of taking on his Uncle's estate. The old man had hit it big in mining and still had a lavish estate. The fee for her services would be a million if she was able to get him 10% of what the old man was worth. "That's good, Mr. Klopworth. Your uncle did stipulate in his will that he wanted all his old staff retained plus any new staff you decide to hire." She handed over a list of people and positions they held as well as a list of open positions.
As Art started to look over the list, Esperanza looked between the two of them as she finally realized their condescention. "You no believe me. You must. You last Klopworth. You own me and the manor now. " She said ernestly. "You no understand what you inherited, do you??" She said as she looked at the two of them incredulously.
Art looked at her just as amazed. "Why don't you show me then?? "
