Johnny watched as the two vehicles drove quickly up to area where the wreckage had been. Even his eyesight had improved to a level where he could easily see a group of people get out of the vehicles and start walking around. Johnny figured they were looking for the creature, or maybe even the liquid metal bracelet. He watched the group walk around the site for maybe thirty minutes when a small group left the larger group and started to drive towards his house.
He could easily see that there were three people in the car. The arrived within moments, pulling into the driveway blocking his truck. Two men looking as though they should be in the movie "Men in Black" got out of the car and one woman. The men had serious expressions on their faces as they walked up to the front door where the female seemed almost friendly.
The woman rapped on the door. Johnny slowly opened the door. The woman looked to be in her mid 30s had striking red hair, green eyes and had a confidence grace about her. Although she was wearing an expensive suit, it didn't complete hide that she was stacked. She clearly was a woman to be reckoned with.
"Good afternoon sir, my name is Agent Dana Macininery. We are investing a recent accident in this area and have a few questions for you," the woman said to the frightened Johnny while flashing a badge he could barely see.
"Ah, sure, please come in," Johnny said, trying to hide his odd bracelet. He let the three in the front room and started to walk towards the kitchen.
Noticing his odd behavior put Dana on alert. This kid was hiding something.
"Can I get you something to drink?" Johnny asked. With his heightened senses, Johnny could tell the agent was worried about something. He couldn't quite tell what, but definitely something was up with her. Damn, she's a fine looking woman he thought.
"No thanks, this should just take a minute," Dana said, flashing her warmest smile without really knowing why. Dana could see the kid was squirming, but she had no idea why.
"Did you see anything odd happened around your farm this afternoon sir?" Dana said while watching the young man closely.
"Ahhh, no, I don't think so," Johnny replied, suddenly sure he shouldn't answer her question honestly.
"Where were you approximately thirty minutes ago sir?" she replied back with another question.
"I was in my room, upstairs," he answered honestly.
"I see," she replied, again looking closely at the kid. It was then she noticed he had his left hand somewhat hidden.
"Sir, what do you have in your left hand," she said getting to her feet as the two MIBs started to back away, grabbing for their weapons he thought.
"What? Nothing, I have nothing," he blurted out without thinking about it. Suddenly there was a powerful tingling and things became even more clear.
"What did you say?" Dana asked, suddenly feeling stupid for thinking he was hiding something. The two agents behind her both had embarrassed looks on their faces.
"I said I have nothing in my left hand," was all Johnny could think of saying.
"Oh, of course sir, you wouldn't hide anything in your left hand," Dana said, returning to her seat. Still concerned that the kid was hiding something, it was clear to Ms. Macininery that it wouldn't be found in his left hand.
Johnny was shocked at the three agents responses.
"Sir, I think you're hiding something from us," Dana told Johnny, hoping to scare him to tell her what she wanted to know.
"Listen Ms. Macininery, I don't know what you're talking about," he replied. Again, the tingling sensation radiated from the center of his brain.
"Ahhh, okay, I guess you're right. How could you know about this?" she replied, now feeling a lot better about the young man. He was clearly not hiding anything.
