The suit was more rat-like than mouse. An orange furred female rat,a cartoon rat babe. Her orange hair was cute as well as her peach colored cheeks. The suit had all proportions of an early teenagers. Suddenly Jim relized who it was. It was Rhubella Rat from tiny toon adventures. A minor charcter, and Babs Bunny's foil, she was one mean girl. Yet the costume looked so placid, the eyes and mouth stared out at him, devoid of emotion. The Rhubella suit was wearing a purple shirt with black scarf-tie, and a black skirt. Jim decided to
