This was not a good idea, for several reasons. Firstly, Jim's new female body was bombarding his male mind with large doses of female hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone. While it was true that the hormones had the effect of feminizing Jim somewhat, they were also making him a tad unstable emotionally.
Secondly, he was still essentially Jim. His natural reaction to having Rick grab his erogenous zones hadn't changed.
Thirdly, Rick had not reviewed these two facts, making him unprepared for what happened.
What happened was this: Jim knocked Rick's grabby paws off his breasts, then slammed a small, female fist directly into Rick's nose.
Blood flew from the busted cartilege in a fine spray as Rick fell backwards, off the seat and onto the cold tile floor. A hollow crack was heard as his skull bounced off the linoleum. Then Rick lay there silently bleeding.
Jim got up, took a look around, and ran for it. He had had enough of being a woman already, and it had only been a few hours.
